Good bourgeois Franconian cuisine, appealing salads, and the food is also easy on the eyes! Small beer garden. Mini playground.

Delicious little inn. The ambience a bit old-fashioned but the food is delicious. Definitely recommended for lunch on the go or a snack in the beer garden. Parking spaces are in front of the building across the street.

From the outside, the economy appears almost inconspicuous. At some point, however, out of curiosity, we ended up at lunch and what can I say: we were thrilled! Fantastic food at more than moderate prices. The service was also very friendly. The small bar is also very cozy. We will definitely be back!

Just wonderful game dishes in a cozy inn in Franconia. The friendly boss himself only uses products from the area. The other dishes are also fresh and great, special requests are gladly fulfilled. In summer the small garden offers shade under old trees. Alfalter itself is idyllically situated in the Pegnitz Valley, which for us Franconians is anyway the most beautiful valley in the world.

Inn with nice beer garden The food was good and reasonably priced, the rooms nicely decorated and unusually imaginative decorated. The beer garden is separated from the street by a hedge, but where there is not much traffic anyway.

Fantastic food at reasonable prices and super nice service. We were absolutely thrilled. From the outside rather inconspicuous, but a visit really worth it. Unfortunately, we were only on vacation, but if we ever again in the area, we will definitely eat here. Top!!!

As with mom / grandma, only this is a chef at work! Unfortunately I can eat here too rarely. They can do it easily! Meat is tender and always cooked just right. The food was very good, but far too expensive for the ambience. Sauerbraten for 11.50 without salad is not appropriate for an ancient restaurant. The small pork roast too expensive for 8 euros. In the area there are nicer and cheaper inns that are at least as delicious. We will not come again.

Very good food! Such a nice colorful salad plate, you rarely get. The vegetables were also praised by my hiking friends. Then the Easter bunny was not far away either.

I didn't think so. We stopped here on our hiking tour and loved it. The salads were crisp, homemade, and every dressing went well. Meat was on point, game fantastic, I just can't think of anything else, thumbs up. Veldensteiner draft beer. Service very friendly. Rooms are more basic. But no matter we will definitely be back!
